Availability
The inventory information on our site is current, however sometimes errors do occur with inventory quantities available, and adding an item to your order does not guarantee its availability. If you order a product that is not available for immediate shipment you will be notified via email as soon as possible.
Safety
Items may contain small parts that may not be suitable for children of all ages. Items are not toys, and are for decorative purposes only. Not suitable for children under 3 yrs and adult supervision is required. Our products are not designed to be handled by children under the age of 12 years. All of our products have been tested by a third party.
Merchandise
Measurement sizes indicated are estimated and variations in size and color will occur as the items are handmade and produced at various times. Items may not appear exactly as photographed due to changes in materials (beads, glitter, sequins, etc) and dye lots of fabric available at time of production. Items are photographed using the largest size available at that time, smaller size items will vary as less material can be used (ie. less glitter, sequins, beads, etc) as the size is smaller and less room to fit.
Accuracy
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our products in our online store, however variations may differ slightly from photograph(s). Although the color we see on our monitor is accurate, all computer monitors display colors differently. There are many different settings on a monitor that can affect color, the contrast, brightness, true color, etc. Please read descriptions carefully as Bugs-n-Blooms, LLC can't be held responsible if an item arrives and it is not as you imagined it would be. Descriptive, typographical or photographic errors are subject to correction. We reserve the right to limit quantities ordered.
Care
All of our products can be hand cleaned with a damp cloth with mild detergent. What also works great is a 'Mr Clean Magic Eraser' if needed. Do not use in a washing machine as they are very delicate.
Coupons
To enter a coupon, please enter the coupon code in the 'Discount coupon' field at time of checkout and hit the 'recalcuate' button and if the coupon code is valid, the discount will instantly be applied to your order. Discount coupon code must be indicated at time of checkout, as we can not honor the coupon later after your order is submitted. A valid coupon code needs to be redeemed for discount to be applied prior to payment and before completing checkout. We can not apply discount after your order has been submitted. Only one coupon per person. Can not be combined with any other offer or applied to gift certificates. Discount is applied to subtotal, not to shipping costs and/or sales tax.
