Answer : Measurement sizes indicated are estimated and variations in size and color will occur as the items are handmade and produced at various times. Items may not appear exactly as photographed due to changes in materials (beads, glitter, sequins, etc) and dye lots of fabric available at time of production.

Answer : Items may contain small parts that may not be suitable for children of all ages. Items are not toys, and are for decorative purposes only. Not suitable for children under 3 yrs and adult supervision is required. Our products are not designed to be handled by children under the age of 12 years.
Answer : Sorry, no substitutions are allowed on the Lot / Set items. They are sold as indicated which is one (1) color of each per size per style.
Answer : All of our products can be hand cleaned with a damp cloth with mild detergent. Do not use in a washing machine as they are very delicate.
Answer : No, all of our products are originals and are our exclusive designs we create that can only be found on this website.
Answer : Yes, we can make you a custom product(s), however production time can take up to 30 days and the minimum requirement is 50 pieces per style/color/size. Please contact us directly for more information.
